for lorry drivers -> these dont have a "push rod" in the middle of them.. these open the original valve by screwing them on and using its own valve at the top of the extention to hold the air in..Not sure whether the extention valve can hold 120 to 130 psi..not recommended..

Fitted to my Truck tyres.( shiny , looked nice) expensive mistake. Valves snapped as top seized onto valve extension. Do not buy or fit, apparently this is a common fault for all vehicles.
