Der GIMYUAN 48 Gewindeprüfer beitet eine einfache Möglichkeit herauszufenden welche Schraube oder Mutter man hat oder braucht.Unser altes Haus kam mit einer menge an Schrauben und Muttern in Büchsen oder Tüten. Als Freund der Wiederverwendung suchte ich nach einer Möglichkeit diese schnell zu sortieren. Außerdem Schraube ich gerne an meinen Motorrädern und ersetze dabei die Originalschrauben durch neue mit besserer Qualität oder anderem Kopf.Deshalb kam mir die Möglichkeit über das Vine Programm das GIMYUAN 48 Gewindeprüfer zu erhalten gerade recht.In den beiden aus starkem rot anodierten Aluminium hergestellten Brettern befinden sich kurze Gewindestangen aus Stahl und mit Gewinde versehene Löcher die es einfach machen Durchmesser und Gewindetyp herauszufinden.An die Platten werden Kunstofffüse angeschraubt, die es ermöglich die Platte auch auf der Werkbank liegen zu verwenden. Löcher und Schlitze für die Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen an der Werkzeugwand sind ebenfalls vorhanden.Da ich in Deutschland lebe, war ich skeptisch ob ich die "Standard" Platte jemals brauchen würde, denn Standard ist hier nicht Metrisch, es ist inch. Mein erstes Projekt das ich nach dem erhalt der gewindeprüfer angefasst habe, hat mich jedoch eine besseren Belehrt. Das verwendete Gewinde war nicht metrisch.Mein Fazit:Auch wenn man es vermutlich nicht sehr oft braucht, wenn man wie ich Schrauben gern mal durch neue ersetzt oder alte wiederverwenden möchte, ist der GIMYUAN 48 Gewindeprüfer Set eine echte Hilfe.

Il tester per filettature GIMYUAN arriva in una scatolina molto comoda completa di piedini antiscivolamento da bamco.Devo dire che per il mio lavoro è la soluzione ideale quando al banco arrivano clienti poco istruiti sui bulloni che devono acquistare e con questo tester non puoi sbagliare poichè provo filettatura e diametri andando di conseguenza a colpo sicuro.In questo caso si tratta di 2 piastre d'alluminio dove sono riportate su una le filettature standard in pollici , mentre sull'altra i passi metrici.Dotata di fori e parte filettata maschio per i Dadi in acciaio zincato risulta molto resistente.I fori praticati nell'alluminio sembrano non essere perfetti ma dopo qualche passaggio la vernice si consuma leggermente e il passaggio diventa più fluido.Le aste filettate sono molto più precise e non ci si può chiedere quale sia la misura desiderata.Nel complesso si tratta di un tester per filettature ben costruito dove per chi opera nel settore è la soluzione ideale per poter confrontare le tante filettature in commercio.Andrea
