These are great leather thimbles. I use them for hand sewing.I have had trouble finding thimbles that are comfortable and also stay on my finger. These SEWOART thimbles are great because they are long, and extend down over both joints of my finger, so they stay put until I take it off.The two thimbles are designed to be worn on the thumb and the index or middle finger. So one of them is a bit wider than the other. I usually only use one thimble while hand sewing, so I’m basically getting two thimbles at this price, which is very reasonable.They do have a distinct smell when you open the package. If the smell bothers you, remove the thimbles from the package and air them out. After I did that, the smell disappeared and the thimbles now have a pleasant leather scent. I really like these thimbles.
