I tend to use my trimmer for keeping down the weeds on the patio, so when I ran out of cord I also needed a new cover (see first photo - it was really worn down). This set comes with 4 spools of trimmer nylon, on the spool, and a new cover. They look pretty much indistinguishable from the originals (picture 2) and slotted in the trimmer easy as winking (as you can see from picture 3). Perfect compatibility. I really didn't want the fuss of having to buy the streaming cord and rewind the spool, and I needed a new cover anyway, so this was perfect. 4 spools will really keep me going.I've no idea whether the actually nylon cord is any different from the original, and I can't really tell if I'm getting through more cord than before as it's an automatic line feed, but I don't think I am. I really can't tell any difference - so it's just like new. Really pleased at how easy this was to change out.

These are pretty good. On inspection the cable may be a little different to the original but it is as thick as the one that came with the strimmer. Four of these so decent value.
