I got these to put a 7-speed cassette on a hub that had a 10-speed on it previously. They almost feel like they are made of plastic, but they are alloy, just very thin. I put two of them on the hub first then slid the cassette on, a 7-speed Shimano hyperglide, and everything works perfectly. The shims seem a bit loose, but they are universal (I think they'd fit a uniglide as well) and once I tightened down the lock nut it was solid. A slight derailleur adjustment, and it it works just as it did before.

Il prodotto si adatta benissimo al corpetto della ruota libera. Usato per ridurre il pacco pignoni da 8 a 7.
