Such a smooth brush to use. I wholeheartedly recommend it for carpets regardless of thickness and parquet.It never gets stuck and is very easy on the arms while pushing and pulling.

Unfortunately, I had bought this 3 months ago with the hope that I could find an adapter for Dyson, but haven’t found one and I also can’t return it now. So I’m pretty much stuck. Make sure you confirm if it fits and don’t rely on finding an adapter.

I bought this 35mm nozzle to replace the one that comes with the Amazon Basics cylinder hoover and it works great. The hoover has very strong suction but the RD285 nozzle can still run fairly smoothly over my medium pile carpet, unlike the default nozzle that just stuck to the floor and had to be dragged!As expected, the RD285 glides over non-carpeted floor and its flat design means that it can pick up debris from against walls and under the edge of appliances.Credit where credit is due.
