Initially thought this had arrived with no instructions or fixings but they had only sent one of two boxes out. It was pretty easy to assemble once the other box arrived, and it looks good; its not particularly sturdy so the whole thing twists a bit if the floor isn't totally level. You can adjust the feet to make the doors line up but as you load and unload it the weight causes it to twist differently, which is a pain and means you have to force the doors a bit but not a major issue. Also, the clothes rail is only half the width which seems silly for a wardrobe, and its too short so kept on pulling out dumping all the coats on into the bottom of the wardrobe. Fixed this by putting some washers either end to stop it falling out of the cups, but you really shouldn't have to do this sort of thing. We hung some more rail off one of the shelves so we can hang coats all the way across, but again really shouldn't have to do this ourselves at extra cost and time.

We ordered two items, the other one had faulty welding for which we sent pics and a video to the seller. The customer service was quick and friendly, and they offered to send a spare part to replace the one with faulty welding. This option, however, was not anymore available when we sent the second email with specifications for the faulty part. The offered options were to disassemble the whole unit (a huge job with a risk of damaging the unit) and send it back or to accept a compensation of approx. 20 %. So we took the compensation and found a local welder to fix the unit. The compensation, however, did not match the costs. The product is nice, but the quality is really low.

So schön der Schrank auch ist, es fehlte eine Tür und die Schrauben ließen sich gar nicht hinein drehen. Ein Rücksendeetikett gab es nur über den Amazon Kundenservice. Die Erstattung hat dann aber geklappt.
