I like this company very much.They make an excellent excellent product It is well Made sturdy and solid.Unfortunately , it was too powerful for me . I am a large woman and this was a very powerful product Unfortunately , it was very disruptive to my knees And caused great alignment and pain in my knees But I can say that this product is excellent For in home exercise period the company was very Kind to let me return it and if they made A product that would Help me with my lymphedema by gentle Vibration to stimulate circulation.I would buy it In a heartbeat , if the company does make a circulation Machine, that would be more gentle.Please let me know as I Would love to have a machine?That is a little more gentle. I was confused on how to use the machine to less powerful mode.But it is an easy machine to turn on.It is wonderful to have arm exercises as well and great value for the money

The plus switch broke within a week. Can’t contact seller. Amazon customer service is impossible to figure out. Requested refund but it wants me to post it back to America from the U.K. which seems a huge waste in energy. Can someone refund me thank you!
