Had I researched and found 34 % gave ONE star I never would have pucchased. NO RESISTANCE and it was in a sealed package that contained an OPEH package and NO multi- language info sheet as the green cord did. COMPLETE WASTE OF $20 !!!!!!!!!

It broke during a regular exercise and made my wrist hurt slightly. This happened after only a few very moderate uses (regular PT exercises). I'm glad the band didn't get into my eyes... Is a refund possible?

Thumbs down. The band was supposed to come with a door anchor and it came without one. I reordered it, and again the door anchor was missing. So I ordered the anchor separately. Then the band worked great---until it snapped after less than a week of use! And I'm no Steven Seagal, just 73-year-old grandma with a weak back. So I cannot recommend.
