Das Produktbild vermittelte mir eine Shorts mit schönem Schnitt und hochwertigem Stoff. Beides traf leider nicht zu. Gerade der Schnitt trägt an den Hüften auf, obwohl die Hose selbst in Größe XS noch groß ausfällt. Schade.

I adore these shorts. They are classy and can be dressed up or down. The fit is nice. I usually wear a size 10 or 12 and the large was perfect. I am petite and even though they are long, they still hit above the knee.

Let me start off with these shorts are so soft and feel so good next to the skin. They have a dressier look to them with the front pleats. Deep pockets holds phones easily.Now for the sad part. I'm a very large woman I usually wear a 3x. So that clothing isn't tight on me, I usually order 1 size larger so its a 4x.This pair of shorts I thought they might run small. I couldn't have been more wrong if I tried. I ordered the 5x and they were ginormous on me. If you could imagine a 10x, these could be that or even larger. I had my aunt who wears an 8 and myself in these shorts with the zipper closed and buttoned and we still had room left over. No I'm not kidding nor did I want a picture taken of us in them. We both laughed as we were not in our comfort zone. A little too close for us.What I'm trying to get at, these run HUGE. There is no way of taking them up so that they would begin to fit.If you order these shorts, take heed and don't go larger.

If you aren't familiar with Tencel, it is a variety of rayon but much more sustainable than "viscose" or even cotton. The fabric is light weight, breathable, drapey, and soft. The shorts are nicely made and suitable for dressier summer looks. The front pockets are roomy; the back pockets are fake- just the welts, no pocket bags. As a sewist myself, I do not understand this. The welt (decorative opening) is the most difficult part of a welt pocket to make, while the pocket bag is super easy. Why go to the trouble of constructing a beautiful welt and stop there? A couple inches of inexpensive fabric and stitching is all that's needed to make them functional! Alas, these are not, which is why I subtracted a star. Other than that, the shorts are nice and the olive green color I ordered is lovely. I selected size Medium and typically wear between a 6 and 8 in US women's sizes. These are perhaps a little looser fitting than I need but they aren't going to fall off of me. There is a little bit of elastic in the back waistband for extra stretch and should fit a US size 10 just fine. If you wear a size 6, I'd suggest going for the Small.
