Books are absolutely gorgeous, price is usually a bit higher for this book set but wait for a sale and grab it for a reasonable price. I got it for 1350

Set imprescindibile e meraviglioso per chi ama le sorelle Bronte, edizioni in lingua originale con commenti critici nella prefazione. La consegna ha rispettato le tempistiche anche se purtroppo il contenitore dei libri è arrivato danneggiato, con un piccolo buco, quindi mi vedo costretta a togliere 1 stella. Per fortuna i libri non si sono rovinati ma invito il venditore (marketplace) a curare maggiormente l'imballaggio.

This is not a review of the content of these books but the books themselves. I was a bit worried ordering this box due to so many complaints about stickers on the back of the books. Happily the box was sealed with foil and there are no stickers on the box or the books. The books are really gorgeous. Hope to order a lot more of the series.

Très beau coffret reçu en cadeau mais de très mauvaise qualité pour le prix.Après quelques heures de lecture, la peinture sur la tranche s'efface déjà. De plus, les pages ne sont pas cousues mais collées ce qui va limiter la durée dans le temps. Il s'agit d'une belle édition que l'on achète pour durer, ici ce n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Gros regret.

This set was a favourite of mine in my wishlist for literally YEARS.I love the novels by the Brontë sisters and the quality of this edition is simply astounding!The boxed set arrived in cellophane, brand new together with other books, but the box used for shipping was too soft for its weight.Fortunately the only damage was a little corner of the box a bit crumpled, nothing major. Books intact.I discovered with joy that the stickers on the back covers have been eliminated from all the books! I was worried about it...Now I will sleeve them all in plastic to keep them protected by the wear and the dust.I'm so happy I could cry! 🥰
