I am using this for lining the bottom of my XL health grill and it has surpassed all others that It simply wiped off easily and quickly. I had to cut it, down to fit the grill even though it is very big. These will fit anything large, i.e. other air fryers and in the bottom of the oven. I am using another one for rolling out pastry. Great quality.

I've used these mats a few times in the past week to test them, and so far I haven't been disappointed.When they came out of the box, they were a little on the rigid side (since they come rolled up), however it only took a minute for them to lay flat--I didn't need to keep them stuck under some heavy items for a few hours, for instance. There was a bit of a smell, but that too went away fairly quickly. I washed them a couple of times because that's what I do anyway, and there was no issue. These mats are very easy to wash, they're easy to dry, and I confirmed this after I had used them (and after pizza cheese had dripped and dried on them).So far I've used them for pizza and cookies, and I've had no issue cleaning them. They also fit all my oven trays, and they don't slip off them, which means I can make my food slide on the plate all the more easily.On the matter of things that I had kept an eye on, since it's the first time I use such mats instead of backing paper: no weird smell in the oven, the mats didn't melt, or anything untowards--of course, I didn't attempt to use them at a higher temperature than the maximum advised.
