As another reviewer said this mat is very small, if you are intending to use it, as I did, on a larger cake then best to buy several as to get it to match you lose the end of the lace, about half a pattern. I needed 7 of the lace pieces to go round the bottom tier of my son's wedding cake (last picture). With only 1 mat and 25 mins drying time this would have taken about 3 1/2 hours!The depth of the mat is a bit deeper than others I have used which meant when I dried the lace out in the oven it took approx 5 mins longer than my larger one. (The mix I used took about 20 mins on a very low setting to dry out for the large mat and about 25 for this one). The finish was just as good and it handled easily too.All in all I can highly recommend this mat but would also recommend getting more than one unless you intend to use the pieces as a patchwork.A tip if you let the pieces dry out too much is just to leave it in the mould and they will naturally soften up in a few hours so you can remove them easily.

Ci ha messo un pò ad arrivare e quando finalmente è arrivato era rotto, praticamente diviso in due. Non molto usabile purtoppo, il venditore ha risposto subito e accettato il reso.

Even though I was a bit surprised by how small it was, it is an absolutely gorgeous lace design. The silicone material is flexible, but durable. I tried it with Sugar Veil today and my lace came out perfect. Even the tiny little details transferred beautifully. I could see using this as an impression mat for fondant or gumpaste, but the detail is entirely too tiny for anything but something like Sugar Veil. As soon as I can, I'll post a pic of the completed cake using this mold. I absolutely love it!!!

Used with fondant on a birthday cake. Got tons of compliments. apparently everyone thought it was really complicated to do, which it wasn't. It takes a little while to make each piece if you're making a big cake, but the look is pretty kickass.

dopo un mese lo stampo non è ancora arrivato. servizio pessimo, pressoché inesistente. La data del suo arrivo continuava a cambiare, mi è stato chiesto di portare pazienza, adesso la situazione è esagerata!

Lo stampo in silicone effetto pizzo è un ottimo oggetto per decorare torte di zucchero....e non solo...Indispensabile nel cake design. ....Ma si puo anche utilizzare per giocare con I bimbi utilizzando il pongo,la creta, ....

Lo stampo è di buona qualità e e anche il merletto è risultato di bell' aspetto e senza particolari imperfezioni.
