I ordered these to use one for a wider rear view (below my factory rear view mirror). It worked Ideal to cover the blindspots between my rear view mirror and my side view mirrors. I think they may be a bit large for on top of a small car's side view mirrors. But, on a truck it would definitely not look too large. The adhesive disk (double sided tape) is very sticky. It even came with a second set of adhesive disks. Once installed, it can rotate and adjust up and down easily. But, still stays where you aim it.

I gave this blind spot mirror one star because the silver matched my vehicle perfectly. Sadly, I had to return them. They are flimsy and sorry to say, cheaply made. Highway driving causes them to almost spin from the position I set them at. The swivel base can't be tightened.One other annoyance was that a unit came without adhesive on the bottom. Product needs improvement.

The mirrors themselves are pretty good and the adhesion to the top of my truck mirrors was great. Unfortunately, the base is held to the mirror by a single screw. This allows the mirror to constantly move out of adjustment. At 65mph the wind turned the mirror. On a bumpy dirt road, the mirror turned. Closing the door too hard caused the mirror to turn. These would be better off as a stationary mount where only the glass mirror itself was adjustable. Similar to what my truck mirrors do. Because the entire mirror can spin so easily, these were not functional and required constant adjustment.I took them off and threw them away. They do not work for my needs.
