Works perfectly

After unpacking the keyboard it looked deceivingly great. Two problems showed up on installation (see photos): 1) One of the ribbon connectors (the smaller one) came pre-folded in the wrong place which meant that I had to refold it so that it could be connected to the laptop, 2) there was a rubber padding in the upper right of the bottom of the keyboard which apparently needed to be taken out before installation (there were no instructions to do so!). After trying to install the keyboard it became evident that I could not slide the keyboard up or down as the instructions require because the rubber padding made the keyboard fit very tightly against the laptop bezel. Trying to move the keyboard down resulted in three keys in the keyboard popping out of the keyboard. So I took out the keyboard and examined it discovering the padding. I took out the padding and I was then able to install the keyboard without problems. Unfortunately the damage was done, not only I was unable to pop in the keys that came out again, but when I turned on the laptop to check the rest of the keyboard, it did not recognize some of the keys, probably the result of some wire breaking when I refolded the ribbon.I have changed Thinkpad keyboards before without any problems, including one for my wife's laptop very recently. I am convinced that had there been clear instructions to remove the padding before installation and had the ribbon come pre-folded correctly, I would have been able to replace the keyboard without problems. Such as it is, the keyboard is now definitely broken. I am now returning it and with luck I will get a refund.

Molto scarso e non corrisponde a descrizione (non retroilluminata!).Rispetto all'oiriginale: tasti ruvidi, non retroilluminati, le luci tipo caps-lock o volume off sono talmente fioche che non si distinguono nemmeno. Prezzo elevato per un pc così vecchio. Chiederei il reso ma per non perdere tempo me la tengo.

Le clavier livré correspond bien au clavier original remplacé. Bonne qualité.A voir dans le temps
