Picture shows the earphones in the image having longer cables and having rubber tips. However product I received, the cable was too short to properly reach the ear when coming through the back flaps as shown so I had to pull it back through them so it could be used. Also, these earphones are just standard plastic earphones with no rubber tips.

The hat is fine apart from the right earphone wire is shorter than the left one

Hat in the picture is blue/black and you receive Gray sound quality is poor and the comfort is not good don't bother

Product delivered - bluetooth unit inside the cap didn't work. Only had crackly sound coming out of the one earphone. Emailed supplier to explain fault and they asked me to send a photo to prove the fault. How weird...but I politely sent them a photo of the cap - explaining that this in no way assists in the fault as a photo won't help to ascertain there is no sound coming out of it...HEY HO! Just being fed a colony of fob offs now such as "Please send video" etc etc. Really poor quality bluetooth unit aided and abetted by some rather spurious attempts at customer service - quite clearly no intention of replacing or refunding. Steer Clear!
