Extruder gear set was placed into my Prusa Mini+ and has been working for the past few months.

Unlike others, both pieces fit perfectly on my prusa mini. Also, with larger grooves that are in contact with the filament it’s easier to clean!

The teeth where it pulls the filament through is a little more course than the original one for the Prusa mini, but it seems to work well. My Prusa mini original gear had some broken/worn teeth where it grabs the filament. This seemed to be causing under extrusion and weak, spongy prints. I swapped out the old gear with this one and it fixed the problem. The fit was pretty great from what I could tell. The whole process probably took a little less than 10 minutes.

My ptfe tube wasn't all the way down on the hot end, but otherwise, this was a good part that fit into place

Picture shows an old prusa mini gear on the right vs this one on the left. Fits about the same. I was worried about some slight friction turning the gear by hand but it seems to work just fine. Friction might be caused by a machining issue but I ordered 4 more so will report back. Thinking these might actually be better than the prusa supplied gears because the filament feed part is more coarse on these - hoping they don’t wear out as quickly as the prusa ones!Edit: I have these in a couple machines now. They are infinitely easier to clean than the prusa gears (the coarse teeth of these mean I can easily clean them with a brass brush, as opposed to the prusa ones I could never get fully clean). The only issue is that sometimes it's tricky to get them into the bearings - they seem to be a hair larger than the prusa gears, and while they work perfectly once they're in there, it does take some muscle to get them seated correctly.
