The cards and stand are great, when used they are excellent at guiding how I spend my time working so I can be productive. I do wish there was more flexibility or ways to mark level of importance for specific items in a uniform way, but this was the closest to what I would think to design over any others. The process isn’t bad, but at a cheaper price point I would likely reorder when I got through my first set of cards. My problem is that I often forget to use these. With that, it that’s taken me a long time to really get in a habit of using them.

I love things from Intelligent Change, having followed their blog for years. I love paper planners, but with my ADHD, I tend to abandon them fairly quickly, looking for the "perfect solution." Pro tip: there isn't one. These little cards do come close to perfection. They are totally self explanatory, and really help you visualize how much time you are spending on a task/project - and if you are even close to your personal estimates. I pair them with a pomodoro timer on my computer. There are 60 cards, so 12 weeks worth of them if you use them five days a week, which also pairs with the 12 week year, if you follow that (ADHD = so many "systems" I sort of follow). I am wondering if I can get a refill in simpler packaging - without the little stand? I mean, I can upcycle the stand, but it would be nice to just get a pack of cards. This would make a lovely gift for someone who appreciates planners, etc. Intelligent change's packaging and style are lovely.

As someone who has long battled procrastination, I've found these cards to be a stylish and effective tool. Not only do they boast an elegant appearance, but they're also made from quality materials. The paper is robust, the prints are beautiful, and the inspirational quotes truly resonate. The cards come with a simple yet effective method: write down your most important tasks along with an estimated number of 30-minute blocks to accomplish them. Then, set a timer for 30 minutes and strive to reach your goal. While it doesn't work miracles every day, it has consistently helped me get started and maintain motivation. Additionally, the cards serve another purpose by providing space for jotting down short memories or important thoughts.Although these cards are not a cure-all, they have certainly helped me make progress in my eternal struggle against procrastination. They are definitely worth trying for anyone looking to enhance their productivity.

I took a course in planning in 1992 and have been hooked ever since. I do my best work when I use planners daily. What I like about this product is that it contains separate pages (about the thickness of a playing card) that I can put in a wooden stand (included) where it remains in my clear view in my workspace for the entire day. Each card has a place for me to write in the date, comes with an inspiring quote, such as, "Every day may not be good, but there is something good every day," by Alice Morse Earle. There are places to list just 5 tasks (which forces me to prioritize, even to the point of marking the first one as "Most Important Task." In some of the other planners I use, there is space for 25 things, which usually makes me go for the easier ones first. Then to the right of the 5 important things I want to accomplish, I can track my progress in 30 minute intervals. I don't use that particular feature very much. At the bottom of the first page, five face emojis let me track my mood. Then I can rate the day overall on a scale of 1 to 5. The back of the page has 11 lines on which to write anything: important phone numbers, additional tasks, etc. There is a storage box for the pages. I am keeping the used ones at the bottom so I can track my mood over days and also, when there is a day that I rate as a 1, I can search back for those days that I rated as 5s to motivate myself to power through the tough times. This can be used for personal chores, too, not just for job-related tasks. For short-term planning, this is good. For long-term and even weekly planning, I have other resources that I use.

What's in the Box:Productivity Cards & Wooden Card HolderI work from home and thus am always looking for more ways to not only be more productive but also more focused on my most important work tasks. I've been seeing similar daily tasks cards all over the internet with many people who sware by them. So, naturally, I thought I'd give these a try when I saw them available. First, let me say that I am impressed with the quality of the cards and the wooden card holder. The cards have a high-quality texture to them and feature nice print. Each card measures roughly 4.125" x 5.125" and offers plenty of real estate for writing out your daily tasks. On the front of the cards, your tasks are broken into (2) sections with the most important task labeled at the top and your secondary tasks labled below it. You get one line for your most important task and 4 lines for your secondary tasks. Each task also has circles & boxes for time tracking. Admittedly, I created my own system of use for these circles and boxes. I use them to track rather I started the task, my progress on that task and rather its completed. The cards also provide a Mood Tracker and a Day Rating should you wish to track such things. There is also a quote for added motivation at the top of each card for added touch! On the back of each card, you are provided multiple lines to write in any of the days notes you may have. I've only started using these cards but can honestly say that I feel that the flow of my day has improved with it's use. If you are interested in a product like this, I encourage you to give this one a try!
