Had one previously, bought in Aus. Direct replacement. Works so well on any size of pineapple. Previous one lasted for years. Time will tell.

This is a very useful little gadget which would get top marks for lack of waste. There is a problem when you start given the fact that the core is very rarely in a central position when you have cut the top off the pineapple. So I always start withe outer cutter disengaged, and having cut the first slice, I remove the peel with the knife. After that, things are fairly straightforward provided that you keep on adjusting the position of the outer cutter. If you don't do this there is a danger that the cutting guide will snap off.

Great item. It gets the skin of the pineapple of with no problems. Great pice of kit. Would recommend to anybody.

Cheap, but it does the job, that's just I wanted.I just use them occasionally anyway, therefore this is just good.
