I used the only the awesome corner protectors from this set to make a new candy box for my parrot. I was using ¼" thickness cherry wood and these hinges and latches seemed to be designed for larger stock, maybe ⅜" to ½" (3mm-6mm). I used the corners and nails from this kit but used the latches and hinges from a different kit ( B07J5BGBZL which is designed for slightly smaller thickness ≈¼" woods) for the completionThese corners look great on a 3" wide box and would be fine for larger items as well. I drilled a 1mm pilot hole for the nails to prevent splitting which made them a bit tight but were perfect, no wood was split and the nails are 1.2 mm in diameter to 1.3mm with small variations. From a quick look, the screws would also use a 1 mm drill pilot hole and be very snug.

Size are pretty universal for small boxes or projects. Was satisfied with details of the parts and screws. For very niche parts they are good value.

Just what I was looking for , included corner embellishments, hinges, clasp, and nails and screws. And there was enough hardware to do at least 2 boxes. I looked for the cheapest set I could find that I included everything that was in this set and this was the best deal.

Schneller versand, es ist alles drin aber die qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Als Zier hickhack für eine staubfänder dekokist bestimmt super. Aber für ein gebrauchsgegenstand ungeeignet.Die Schaniere sind bei lieferung schon ausgeleihert und leicht verbogen. für die schrauben brauch man feinwerkzeug. Die Dornen am Schloss sind nach 2x zumachen verbogen. Und der Eckenschutz (winkel trifft es hier besser) sind nur frontal dekorativ.Alles im allem als "Kistenbeschlag" ungeeignet, als reine deko ganz nett für den preis

Overall I'm satisfied with the hinges. The latch is a bit loose, but works fine. The appearance is great. I'm docking a point because the measurements could have been more clear.
