Looks better than it is. The head is wobbly which makes getting any real movement difficult in tight places, and the handle is definitely not made with strong enough metal. Despite the 15" long handle, this isNOT FOR HEAVY DUTY USE. Broke the handle loosening a bolt torked to 40lb-ft

As other reviewers have mentioned, the swivel head is too small. A slightly heavy attachment will fall right off while you are using it, and there is too much side-to-side play in the rotation for any kind of practical use. These are obviously manufactured in some country where precision engineering and manufacturing does not exist. Or, maybe they use 9mm instead of 0.375 (3/8) inches and were hoping it was "close enough". But that extra half of a millimeter makes all the difference. The infuriating part is that Park Tool, being a long-time professional tool designer & seller, should know there is a problem and they are obviously ignoring it.

I am writing because I purchased a SWB-15 Breaker Bar. It came in last night. I saw reviews on YouTube which stated that the tolerances of the head was off and that sockets fell off and fit loosely. I thought wow, this must be an odd Park Tool. All the Park tools I own are great. However, I own the ones made here in the US. When the breaker bar came in last night, I opened the box, the tool looks awesome. However, I have the same issue with the 3/8" head fitting my sockets. I have Craftsman and Williams which fit great. But the Park is loose.If you want a breaker bar that your sockets fit snug on the head, this is not the tool for you. If you like sockets to fit loosely and have slack in the motion of the breaker bar, then this tool is for you.
