OK, going to say it outright, but I didn't use these balls to train for cricket (though they seem well made and soft enough to work well for this, at least). But these are PERFECT to use for warm up on foam rolling, you know the one, where a roller won't get in the point that needs to be unknitted, but when the spot is way too tender for a hard ball, so it gets you there softly to allow the harder treatment down the line. It's done wonders on old damage I had, and is now a part of my massage arsenal

I am not an expert but to me these appear to be good quality cricket balls for training; they are softer than a standard cricket ball as their purpose is to make training or learning how to play cricket less likely to result in an injury. They are available in a set of three standard sized soft cricket balls in a variety of bright and attractive colours; I opted for the dark blue. They look like a standard cricket ball being the same size and stitched. Priced £11.99 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this makes each ball around £4 which for their quality and usefulness (in cricket training) does not seem too bad. I am pleased with this product and am happy to recommend.
