I added this to my Zfc and 16-50mm, and I now have the ideal travel kit. This lens is so lightweight. Yes, it has a plastic mount, but I'm not a professional user, so absolutely no issue here. Put simply, this lens boasts a performance that its price-point does not deserve. I am very happy with it. Given my other camera is a D850 with quality lenses, this travel set-up has not been a disappointment. Very highly recommended.

The lens is brilliant for the price - small and lightweight - Yes Its Not a Nikon S series lens but hey what do you expect for the this price. Optically I'm very happy -The packing was very poor - The Nikon lens box was sliding and banging about in a much larger box with next to non packing - Disappointing since the lens came half way around the world !It did work OK Tho I haven't put it through stringent optical tests

Acquistato funzionante, dopo solo 6 mesi ha iniziato a sentire un rumore strano quando uso lo zoom, ma sempre funzionante. Peccato per questo difetto.

Das "Klappern" des Objektives ist der Stabilisator. Bei eingeschalteter Kamera klappert nix mehr. Das ist ein bekanntes "Problem", das auch im Handbuch angemerkt wird!Lichtstärke ist für ein Tele in dieser Preiskategorie völlig ausreichend.Durch den Kunststoff sehr leicht und kein Abknicker nach vorne!

Nitidissimo. Stupendo. Super divertente. Lo uso con la Nikon Zfc con il quale lo alterno al 16-50. Non sono obbiettivi luminosissimi ma permettono di fotografare di tutto. Lo consiglio caldamente.

This lens with its companion lens, the 24-50, is designed for the DX Nikon cameras. The lens is very compact and yet works very well and produces sharp images. It a good choice for those on a strict budget and those who want a small, easy to carry camera and lens.
