The hat looks nice and is very breathable in hot weather with a lot of ventilation holes. I though I had a small head, but the small size is made for a tiny head, like for a child. Way too small for me. Watch out for that because it's advertised for men and women, not children. Medium, or maybe even large would fit better

This is a beautiful straw hat, stunning actually. I loved everything about it - the original style of a vented crown hat and the venting - all perfect for spring and summer or travel to warmer locales. My only issue was it ripped after the third wear - the straw while beautiful is real and very fragile. It is not a practical hat for my lifestyle.

Overview:As described.Experience:It fits perfectly, very light weight and comfortable, wish it were well made, the material is fine but the weave is far from perfect. I actually liked at first but then noticed that a few missed spots left uneven holes and a crooked look. Actually saw myself in a picture and was like " what's wrong with my hat" Some holes are bigger than others, some of the weave broken and the whole thing is crooked....I ordered a second one and it was worse so returned it. It is still my go to scruffy summer "straw" hat but not my out on the town summer straw hat.
