I got these since the earbuds I purchased from JBL did not have the different size inserts, so they would constantly fall out of my ears, and although these do help with that somewhat now due to the inserts being different from the JBL ones they came with my earbuds no longer sit right in their charging case therefore I am constantly readjusting them to connect with the connectors and on several occasions I have thought they were in correctly since theyt lit up saying they were connected and charging and then went to use them 8 hours later only to find out that they charged to 10% and are still dead and I am unable to use them, so i dont know what I will do now- I am currently shopping around for a complete new pair of earbuds. 3 months after spending $250 on the JBL ones I currently own, ugh!
