Included in this kit (the Pro version) are two cleaning cloths, cleaner/wax solution, string cleaner/conditioner solution, fret polishing solution, fingerboard lemon oil, a dust brush, masking tape (for the fretboard), and a string winder with clippers. This is undoubtedly a good assortment of products, and it seems to make for a good value. Each of the products seems fine, but not top quality. I.e. I use a different cleaner/wax that leaves a more impressive shine.A couple of things to keep in mind are that the fingerboard oil is for non-finished fingerboards, usually rosewood or ebony, not maple, which usually has a finish on it. Also, the polish is not for use on matte finishes. This is a decent set that would be good for someone starting out maintaining guitars, but those with experience would choose higher-quality products.

Easy to use, leaves a nice shine on guitars and other instruments with a shiny finish.

I ordered this kit to help maintain my guitars. I use the lemon oil to rehydrate all of my rosewood and ebony fingerboards to keep them from drying out. The polish is great on my poly finished guitars but I don't use anything on my nitro guitars to keep the finish in tact. The fret polish and tape is okay, but I mostly just use steel wool or a dremel to polish my frets. The string conditioner/cleaner is okay for people who like to treat their strings, I personally either use coated strings or just replace my strings when they start to corrode and get gross. The string winder/clipper works better than I would have imagined given the inexpensive construction of the tool so its nice to have. I have a dedicated string winder which works much better but the cutter works great. Overall this is a decent kit for any guitar enthusiast who wants to keep their guitars clean and looking great.

This guitar cleaning kit provides pretty much everything you need to detail your instrument, but no storage for all the items is a little disappointing.WHAT YOU GETThe kit comes with 2 soft fiber cleaning cloths, an angled "dust brush", a small roll of 1/4" wide masking tape, a spray bottle of "guitar gloss wax" (4 oz.), a spray bottle of string cleaner/conditioner (1.7 oz.), a bottle of fingerboard lemon oil (1.7 oz.), a brush bottle of "fret polish" (.68 oz.) and a combo string winder/cutter/acoustic bridge pin puller tool. Everything comes packaged in a clear ziplock-like bag.COMPONENTS AND USEFULNESSThere is one thing to consider before using the cleaning liquids on your guitar: none of the bottles list any active ingredients/components in the bottles. The bottle of gloss wax is intended to move dust/dirt and protect the guitar's paint layer. The bottle specifies it is NOT suitable for matte or frosted finishes . The string cleaner is supposed to coat the string and prevent oxidation/corrosion. The fingerboard lemon oil smell like lemon and feels like oil ... the bottle says to spray the liquid, but it's not a spray bottle. The fret polish looks and applies like liquid paper correction fluid. All of these components seem simple enough, but without knowing the brand, I would recommend testing on something before applying to your guitar. This cleaning kit skimps on somethings to add more items of mediocre quality. For example, the roll of 1/4" masking tape is insufficient to cover an entire fretboard, especially when factoring the size of the lower frets. The brush is nothing special and looks exactly like most keyboard and car detailing brushes ... nothing about it is "string-cleaning" specific. The multi-tool is rather cheap and while the string-winder aspect is decent, the string cutting aspect is extremely rigid and the pin puller is sharp and feels like it will break with modest pressure. The cleaning cloths are fine. The biggest disappointment, however, is that the entire kit comes crammed into a zip-lock bag and this is labeled the "PRO" kit ... it should have some sort of case. While this kit is not a complete waste, it just seems hashed-together at the the last minute. Depending how important your guitar is and how meticulous you are in babying it ... I would recommend being cautious before spritzing, spraying and dripping the liquids on it.

When you consider all that is included in this kit, even though it is not a known brand, it is a very good value. I've tried everything but the fret cleaner as that requires using masking tape on your fretboard. All work well although perhaps not as well as the top of the line, much more expensive alternatives. It comes in a nice box and instructions are included for how to use all the various polishers and cleaners. I'm planning on ordering more of these as gifts for my guitarist friends and family.
