Le rullanti Gretsch Walnut aggiungono un altro suono e un aspetto alla linea di rullante Silver Series. Il colore cioccolato profondo nella venatura del legno di noce è compensato da doppi intarsi in acero naturale al centro del tamburo. Gli intarsi sono creati utilizzando un processo di taglio e laminazione di precisione per formare un legame senza cuciture e fornire un aspetto personalizzato.

This is a really nice drum. My primary snare drum is a 5" Pearl Sensitone Brass snare, which I've had for years and I love it for studio work. But I was looking for something with a beefier sound for live gigs with one of my bands. For contrast, I wanted something made of wood, and a deeper body. I typically play Gretsch drums, so when I spotted this drum I had to give it a try.This drum has exactly the kind of sound I was looking for. The crack of a rimshot is killer, and the drum has a rich, warm feeling that excels on ballads, and kicks butt on the hard rocking tunes. I've even used it in the studio a couple times, and it performs nicely there as well. A bonus for me.Anyway, no questions it's five starts for me.

This snare drum must be your choice if you are looking for warm tone. Loud, but not ringy. Very sensitive, to the point that is not necessary to put a mic on the snare side when you are recording, you hear every ghost note. Very nice crack, excellent construction and hardware. My only complain is the batter head, a really cheap chinese made Remo. You should expect a higher drumhead on a drum of this quality, so buy an Evans Hd Dry when you buy the snare. This drum worth every dollar.
