It's an OEM replacement. It worked perfectly on my 2006 BMW 330Ci. I broke the original while removing it to replace the intake boot.

It arrived damaged. Returned for full refund. Funny thing is, the little pipe that had snapped off was not in the sealed bag. So not sure what happened to it.
