Used very much mainly divebomb effect when playing the teles or any hardtail. So many features that it would take all day to discover it's uses

This pedal is a work of art. Nowadays pedals are just an endless sea of combinations and clones, ever so slightly different than one another. Gamechanger is living up to its name and giving us something we’ve never seen before. This pedal is every bit as revolutionary as the Whammy or the Wah.The engineering behind this is fantastic. Aside from the great aesthetics, so much care was put into the feel of the pedal. The spring mechanism puts just the right amount of resistance that gives you an incredibly intuitive control over it. It’s also built like a tank, and it's fun to use. It’s not quite the same as a Bigsby or Whammy on your guitar. Playing a Bigsby with your hand and with your feet are two different experiences, and that’s a good thing! Stomping on this will get you to use it in ways you wouldn’t use a normal tremolo bar. But of course, you can use it for subtler surf rock stuff if that’s what you want.I don’t use the harmonizing effects or the chorus. I just use it as a standard tremolo, dive-bombing and creating organic noise assaults. It’s so perfect for that and it’s opened a whole new dimension to my guitar playing. It's not for everyone, though. If I picked this up as an intermediate guitarist, I probably wouldn't know how to implement it. It takes some creativity to fit the "out-there" sounds into your playing the way people like Hendrix or Sonic Youth do. If you already have a whammy on your guitar that you don't use, this probably won't change your opinion on whammy bars.I know I probably sound like a sales rep. I just think we need to support companies that are pushing the industry forward in new and interesting ways. This pedal was clearly a labor of love and we need more products like this. If this pedal interests you in the least bit, do yourself a favor and try one out!

This is probably my favorite pedal of all time. There are so many things you can do with it. Obviously the usual Bigsby type effects on your fixed bridge guitar, but also an amazing chorus that you can subtly control, whammy type effects, but with more expressivity since the pedal spring fights back and allows you to have fine control over the pitch. It also has a really nice user interface that really works well once you get the hang of it. I like it so much I'm considering buying a second one to have two options within one song, either different pitch shifts, or one pedal dedicated to pitch while the other does the chorus.

First of all, this pedal cuts off the high end shimmer of the guitar(I tested three different instruments), imparting a slightly less clear tone - even in neutral position, as it is always on when plugged in. That alone was enough to give it a thumbs down. Additionally: It sounds a little like a Bigsby, but a whole lot more like an electronic pitch shifter on a foot pedal arm. Meaning, it sounds synthetic and not real. And across a chord strum, the pitches don’t shift in strict unison. So I sent it back.
