Brought these for my son to use as he struggles to use right handed ones.They work perfectly and very easy to use. Good value for money for the 2.

Perfect for a left handed child

There are two pairs of left-handed scissors in the box, which are excellent for left-handed people. Left-handed scissors have the blades reversed compared with right-handed ones. This means that left-handed people naturally push the cutting blades together, as opposed to using right-handed scissors that tend to separate the blades for a poorer cut.They are reasonable well made, and comfortable to hold and to use. The coloured plastic grips are a good size and very distinctive in a drawer. The blue handled pair seem slightly less well assembled than the pink.

Just what my daughter needed. She is left handed and has no sharp scissors for cutting material etc. She used these to trim the edge of a window blind which was too wide for the gap. All good. The reason for less than 5 stars is, that the blades are really short. They would work so much better, especially for fabric, if the blades were another 2-3cm long.

What you see in their photos is what you get. Neat simple left handed scissors. Sharp, that's all you need to know, yes they are sharp! I will reserve one pair of these for fabric in the sewing box, as we currently have a long-bladed heavy stainless steel very old pair, so these small lightweight ones will be a nice alternative. The other pair is going in my stationary drawer, I'm not left handed (hubby is), but they cut just the same as right handed, so makes no different to me. The let down is the soft touch black rubberised part, which I expect will go all sticky and horrid like so many other utensils I've had in the past, I wish manufacturers would stop using that stuff, so annoying, last week I had to throw away a perfectly good cork screw and a can opener because of the sticky rubber portion, I think they do it deliberately so we keep repeat buying, really not planet friendly. So these scissors would've got a higher star rating had the black part been ordinary plastic. Price at the time of this review was £10 for two pairs.
