Overall it work perfect for me, I was able to make a beautiful big flower, only once I pull it to strong and broke the paper but glue it back together and is not even noticeable. The roles arrive a lot more earlier than I thought, im in the States (NY) and it took less than 2 weeks. I trully appreciate the price, for some reason crepe paper is more expensive online than at the stores, but this seller has it at a reasonable price. The color is white but when next regular copy paper is evident the off white color. When the flowers are outside and away from anything white it looks white, when I place it next to a white wall then it looks off white or more creamy white. My pictures are not 100% accurate, the light in the room is a warm white (yellow) light, pictures where taken at night time so you really are not seeing how they really look on day light and is snowing outside so I can't provide a good or accurate example of the color. The flower I place next to the crepe flowers is made of white pearl heavy paper and in the picture it almost looks gray.I just place an order of 15 more rolls and if it stay at this price I will be buying more, my daughter Bridal Shower is in a few moths and we are decorating the desert table area with crepe flowers, also planing on creating a backdrop of crepe flowers if affordable.Love this crepe paper, is extremely easy to work with, is as described, Affordable and arrive a lot more faster than promised. Oh!! And it looks gorgeous 😍

This crepe paper does not have as much stretch as I was hoping. If you want it for crepe paper flowers it is not so great for that type of project.
