Handle fallen of on 1st attempt of use, very suprised by the porr quality we were not expecting it to by so bad for that price.And we don't have the old one any more which makes the whole thing worst

We loved this when we first got it. Seemed solid. Design and well put together. Took around 3 weeks to arrive in the US. We knew that going in. There was no signs of visible damage on delivery. Just 4 months after use, while walking down the stairs, the handle broke off. The good thing is the case protected the viola.

We haven't take it out just yet but first impressions are very positive. Seems quite sturdy and durable. I would definitely recommend it.

Very pleased! We needed a new case for my daughter’s viola. Fits exactly to description. Better than what we expected! My daughters is very happy with it! Only thing is we used a different straps as the ones that come with it are thin with no shoulder support.. But as far as I am concerned it is not a big issue. Love it!
