My 10yo son uses this for his school agenda. Keeps all his papers in one place and protects everything from water spills etc. it’s been used well over a year at this point and still in great condition!!

Likes:+ Clear color, transparent. I can instantly see the first and last pages of what's inside without having to open the container.+ Durable for its intended use. Secure clasp.+ Thin & compact, yet able to hold many papers. Can also hold a couple pens - convenient!+ Good value for the money.

These file storage boxes have really helped in keeping my desk file drawer neat an tidy. They are expensive for what they are, but worked out so well for me that I took the plunge and bought them anyhow.The plastic is fairly sturdy and the two locking clasps are robust.The hinge, although reasonably stout, is folding plastic ....so they may eventually break from folding back and forth. Especially if used every day.They hold about 100 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Paper thicknesses vary so it is hard to be exact.They fit nicely in my file drawer which is 12 1/2" wide with about 0.3" to 0.4" clearance.The fit for the 8 1/2 x 11 paper is rather tight with about 0.1" to spare in the 8 1/2" direction.In the 11" direction there is about 1" of clearance for the paper.NOTE:It would appear from the reviews that the 4cm thick version of this box does not fit 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Thus the one star reviews.One has to be careful when ordering A4 file storage boxes since A4 paper measures 210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27" × 11.69". Many times 8 1/2" x 11" paper will not fit into boxes made for A4 paper.I also purchased file boxes from another seller on Amazon that seemed to be the exact same, but they were a little less expensive at the time of the purchase :
