I have tried all the way I can. It will not rotate and open the cans. It will puncture the can but not open.Soda cans fine but not tincans for food.

I thoroughly enjoyed this item,Where I once was stuck with no tin opener I have now got one, wow!, let the tin opening commence, I have opened, rice pudding, beans , peas, sweetcorn ,tuna, lots of tuna ,Actually it's so good that I have washed some tins out and then opened the bottom just for the satisfaction, it's not as good as my black one but that's a review for another day.Update:It fell apart 😕
