I am using this cable to connect an old DVD player to a set of active speakers so I can use it as a CD player alongside my turntable, and it works perfectly. The cable is well-constructed with a thick braided cable and decent moulding around the connectors - which have dust covers on in case you want or need to disconnect it.No complaints, and its a good price

Excellent well constructed cable that comes complete with attached dust cap protectors for both the input and output ends. The cable has strong braiding and good stress relief although I do not intend moving the cable now it is installed.I ordered this to connect an old Sony CDP-CX260 CD carousel to my soundbar as the Sony had optical output. This cable made my life a lot simpler and the sound quality is excellent. The cables are very good value and I was surprised how much the price has reduced compared to a few years ago.

Good value. I don't notice any difference between the sound performance or functionality of this and other cheap cables, but it looks nicer than super cheap cables (though i don't love the feel of the outer plastic netting/webbing) and may hold up longer, as it has more layers. Also for some reason these cables seem easier to install than the older cheap cables. All things being equal, these are good value.

Good price, even before the offered discounts. The cable is well-made and plugs in effortlessly. It works well to avoid low-frequency humming noise induced by electromagnetic emissions. It is more of a problem with older electronics that uses noisy transformer-based power supplies. Newer electronics create high-frequency noise well above human hearing abilities. This cable is also usable for galvanic isolation of equipment. If your equipment has TOSLINK connectivity -- I highly recommend using an optical audio cable and this one works well.
