Stabil und Witterungsresistent. Was will man mehr?

I think this is a sturdy and weatherproof lock but it only comes with one key and the key can’t be duplicated anywhere. I bought it for a friend’s entry gate so needed a minimum of four keys so she had to go with something else and, unfortunately, I wasn’t given it back so I can’t return it.

Unless and until some ne'er do well attacks this, I can't be sure it's up to the job but it does have a decent security rating. and feels reassuringly sturdy and heavy. The keys (two supplied) are very large and easy to use. The shackle, which isn't sprung making it slightly awkward one-handed, doesn't have a protective 'shoulder' but that was my choice because the hasp I'm using it in is a funny size and shape. I like the plastic protector cap for the keyhole that should keep the rain and damp out. The lock looks serious and robust, which is half the battle sometimes I suspect. So far, so good.

No está mal, pero es muy caro para la protección que ofrece. Es básicamente un candado normal con una protección de plástico. Es pequeño, viene con llave normal de las de toda la vida de candado barato. Se podría romper/abrir con relativa facilidad, sería un súper candado de taquilla pero no dejaría nada de gran valor bajo su custodia.

Great padlock, this equates to Silver rating for bike locking up to £1500. When combined with an Abus Cobra Cable 10mm diameter by 1.4m long I can secure two bikes round a pillar or lamp post when we leave the unattended for a period of time. I can carry this combination in my saddle bag ok. I do have an Abus U clamp with 12mm by 1.2m cable when leaving the bikes for a long period or on the back of our motorhome. The U clamp is a bit large and heavy to carry when out riding. The U clamp is Silver rated as well. This is the sort of kit you need to be covered by any insurance company. Even then I expect they will try to wriggle out of paying compensation.
