Bought so as not to damage the cadac non-stick surface does the job of removing all the stuck on food easily. very stiff compared to what i was expecting.

Der Griff ist in seiner Form angenehm zu greifen und erlaubt die Kraft ziemlich gezielt einzusetzen. Leider ist der Griff nicht geölt. Dadurch nimmt das Holz Wasser auf und wird schnell etwas rauer. Es empfiehlt sich also vor Gebrauch den Griff zu ölen (Leinöl, ca. 4 Wochen Trocknungszeit), oder diesen regelmäßig zu schleifen (400er Körnung). Dafür gibt es den Punkt Abzug.Die Borsten sind sehr steif und hart. Ideal geeignet um eingebrannte Essensreste von Metalloberflächen zu entfernen. Also Grillroste, Edelstahlpfannen und ähnliches. Bei beschichtetem Kochgeschirr sollte man vorsichtig sein. Meine ersten Versuche auf Teflon sind aber kratzfrei ausgegangen.

I caused damage to my CADAC grills by using wire wool - it is too abrasive. So I decided to try the bruch the manufacture specifically. On fresh, dry barbeque residue it works well. On residue that has hardened and been burnt it takes more 'elbow grease', bu slowly removes. The handle fits the palm of the hand allowing easy movement both along the grill and across it. Amazing that with all the technology and plastic brushes, the best brush for the job is a traditional bristle brush!

Perfectly designed for Cadac enamelled barbecues. Effective but does not damage the enamel.
