So, a metal mouthpiece from a company that I have never heard of that specialises in toys for about one tenth of the price of a well known brand - or a twentieth if you compare it to the very top end? I was not expecting much. If it played, I was going to call it above expectations. I usually play a hard rubber Otto Link Tone edge on Alto.The tip opening is a 6 and I am used to a 5 - but it plays beautifully from top to bottom. The tone is focused and pure and it sounds especially good in the higher register. The machining is good quality, not mirror smooth on the table but it seals perfectly well. It came beautifully packaged. It is a pretty heavy chunk of metal as well. I haven't play a metal mouthpiece before but I know how they are supposed to sound. That is how this one sounds.It says Jazz Alto on the box. Is this a jazz piece? It certainly sounds nice for jazz but it sounds just as good for classical. It is probably not a great choice for funk but I don't play funk. Is it as good as a hand made high end metal mouthpiece? I don't know. Does it play better than a £150 mouthpiece? It does for me. At the price, it is a complete steal. I have a new favourite alto mouthpiece.

Relación precio/calidad excelente. Muy buen sonido, no solo para música moderna. Utilizada con cañas Rico del 3 por ejemplo van fenomenal. No es recomendable utilizar Van Doren 3.5 o más por ejemplo.

Plays seamlessly very well in all areas from low to high. Even altissimos G # easily and almost in tune. Its worth buying.
