See photo for ref: yellow shorts are the ones I bought from soffe website awhile back, the model is B037, size M. The maroon one is the one bought from amazon model is M037, also size M. Pls take note!! The model put one the item description is wrong.

The elastic waist in these is nice for lounging around but they really look more like boxers than shorts. I was also very disappointed by how scratchy the material is; I was expecting them to be soft, which they most certainly are not. I sized up to a medium thinking they would be more comfortable but they are way too big; if you want this pair of scratchy boxer shorts, I would recommend buying your usual size or even a size down.

Love these shorts but they are a bit shorter than the pair I had in high school. Could have probably sized up strictly for a bit of longer length but I love that you get 2 pairs for this price. Can't beat it and the dark grey colour is perfect.

Overtime after putting them in the wash I feel like they have shrunk and wish I had sized up so they don't look too short. If you want a loose fit definitely oversize but they're quite comfortable regardless.
