I have been making wooden coasters for a little while now and I do line them with cork, but in the past I have used sheets that I would trace and cut out with scissors. This was tedious, especially as it would gum up my scissors and I need to take them apart and clean them often.With these this is no longer a problem!The glue on these is decent and should not come apart easily. (so far pretty secure)

When I make coasters I know I need something on the bottom to keep the coasters from scratching the furniture and keep them from sliding all over. I felt that the cord material would be a good choice so I ordered these.I was disappointed as these are only 1/16th of an inch thick and I really feel that these should be at least 1/8th of an inch thick. The /16th inch is just to flimsy. I will have to use two of them per coaster.
