I ordered this as I am a trustee for a boccia club whose colours are orange and black. The pennant are well cut from a plastic material and are well stitched to the tape. With them being plastic they can be used both indoors and outdoors. Being 40m long there's plenty to decorate our playing space. A good product would recommend.
