Nice little kit with 4 spare valve seals included as well as a plastic core removal tool. You will need to remove the valve core from your existing presta innertube/tubeless valve then the extension screws into the valve core threads. There is a 'flat' section on the extension to allow you to tighten it in place. Then screw your valve core into the end of the extension piece.I knocked a star off as I don't like the white graphic/50mm writing painted all along the side of the extension - if you're picky about looks this will probably annoy you too. Otherwise does the job fine.

This extends your valves. It is very easy to use - remove your old valve core and screw this in. I don't know what some of the other bits are for though.
