Freud tools have been around for quite some time. They usually have the sizes I am looking for and don't seem to be unreasonably priced.

I’m using this in technically outside of the typical application. Where I should really be using a spiral up cut, I’m using this with excellent results. Application: pocket hole cutting for washer head screws in softwood/plywood.

You can't plunge this bit unless you force it.I used it to make a homemade MFT table/top. I had to mark and drill out the center of each hole I needed to plunge to make this bit work for my needs.Hole size came in at about 20.2mm, which was slightly disappointing. Set up was in a Festool OF1010 router on a Bosch FSN OFA 32 rail so it was nice and stable... I don't think there is any runout on the router so likely the bit to blame for the extra 0.2mm.Parff dogs at 19.9mm diameter have slight play on their own on the holes, but are totally stable when using screw clamps to secure them. The rail setup worked well to give straight and square results on the hole pattern.It's way cheaper than the Festool 20mm bit, and I have a very workable MFT now.
